What time does the event start and finish?
The event starts at 08:00 and concludes at 13.30. Please refer to the event agenda for specific session timings. Please note times may change slightly.
What should I bring to the conference?
We won’t be issuing physical tickets for this event. Please show your confirmation email on your mobile at registration or bring a printed copy with you.
Where do I register upon arrival?
Registration desks are located in the conference area. Once you arrive at the hotel, please follow the signs to the conference centre or ask at reception for directions.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code is business casual.

How do I get to the Glenavon House Hotel?
The Glenavon House Hotel is located at 52 Drum Road, Cookstown, County Tyrone, BT80 8QS.
By car: Use postcode BT80 8QS for your Sat Nav.
By bus: Cookstown Bus Station is approximately 1 mile from the hotel.
By train: The Glenavon House Hotel is 27 miles from Portadown train station.
Are there accessible parking options?
Yes, accessible parking spaces are located close in the car park. Please display your blue badge for access.
Facilities and accessibility
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, Glenavon House Hotel is fully accessible. there is level access from the street to the main entrance, an automatic front door and all public areas are accessible via ramps or lifts. If you require additional assistance, please notify the Events team at beyond@nhbc.co.uk in advance.
Will subtitles be available for event presentations?
Live captions will be generated for presentations across all stages.
Are there cloakroom facilities?
Yes, a cloakroom is available near the registration in the conference centre. A small fee may apply.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Will food and drink be provided?
Yes, refreshments, including tea, coffee and snacks, will be available during breaks. Lunch will be provided as part of the conference. Please check the agenda for timings closer to the event.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes, please ensure you inform the Events team of any dietary needs during registration or by contacting the team at beyond@nhbc.co.uk in advance.
Are there places to purchase additional food and drink?
The Glenavon House Hotel has a restaurant and bar on-site, serving a variety of food and drinks.
During the event
Can I bring a guest to the conference?
The conference is only open to registered ticket holders. Guests are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with the organisers. Tickets can be purchased here.
Will there be opportunities for networking?
Yes, this is one of the aims of the event, to connect people with new contacts and reconnect with old ones. Networking and refreshment breaks are built into the agenda for this purpose.
Are there charging stations for devices?
Yes, charging stations are available.
Post-event
Will conference materials be available after the event?
Yes, presentation slides and other materials will be shared with attendees after the conference via email.
How can I provide feedback?
You’ll receive a feedback survey after the event. We value your input to improve future conferences.
Will I earn CPD points from attending and how/when do I receive my certificate?
BEYOND ’26 LIVE Northern Ireland is CPD accredited. Once the event has finished, a list of attendees will be sent to CPD and certificates will be issued. This can take up to 12 weeks.
